An Ambiance Club Membership is Required to Stay at Ambiance
Ambiance caters strictly to members of the Ambiance Club and only members of the Ambiance Club are able to rent rooms at an Ambiance location. Enrollment in the Ambiance Club can be processed at the front desk prior to check-in. Members of Ambiance Club must pay an annual membership fee, reside within a 40-mile radius of an Ambiance location and agree to abide by the rules, regulation and by-laws of Ambiance Club. Confirmation Numbers
After submitting an on-line reservation request, you will be contacted by an Ambiance Member Services Representative within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and assist you with any special requests. On-line reservation requests are subject to availability. Your on-line reservation request will become a confirmed reservation after an Ambiance Member Service Representative has provided you with a confirmation number. On-line reservations requests that have not been assigned a confirmation number will not be considered valid reservations. An Ambiance Member Services Representative will request your confirmation number upon arrival at Ambiance.
Estimated Arrival Time
An estimated time of arrival will be requested when making your reservation. Reservations will be held for one hour past your arrival time. If you will arrive more than one hour past your arrival time, we request that you contact Ambiance to inquire whether a later arrival time is available.
Reservation requests for arrivals within 24 hours from the time of the reservation request should be made by calling Ambiance at 847.455.4070.
Cancellation Policy
Members are required to cancel reservations a minimum of 12 hours prior to their estimated arrival time. Members that do not cancel their reservation 12 hours or more prior to their estimated arrival time and do not show for their reservation will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
All registering guests of Ambiance must be members of the Ambiance Club. If you are not currently a registered member of the Ambiance Club, your membership can be processed upon your arrival at Ambiance. Your membership entitles you to the exclusive use of all Ambiance properties.
