When is the new Ambiance, Midlothian going to open and where is it located?
The new Ambiance, Midlothian is scheduled to open March 1, 2011 and is located 4 miles south of I-294 at 14400 S. Cicero Ave. in Midlothian, IL. This newly built; state-of- the art Ambiance will feature luxurious suites with enormous spa tubs, steam showers, LED lighting systems and en-suite theatres with 50” plasma televisions. Be prepared to be amazed; you won’t find anything like Ambiance, Midlothian, anywhere.
Why do I need to be a Member of the Ambiance Club to stay at Ambiance?
In order to make sure that your stay at Ambiance is confidential, exclusive and secure, membership in Ambiance Club is required. Membership is fast and easy and can be processed at the front desk upon arrival.
Confidentiality
As a private club, Ambiance ensures that member information will be held in stricter confidence as compared to hotels, motels or other similar businesses. Once you have joined Ambiance Club, only your unique Club Membership Number will be used to identify you at Ambiance. Ambiance will never contact you unless you request us to do so. We do not share information about our private members with any other individuals or companies.
Exclusive
As a private club, we are able to restrict membership to include only those adults (age 21 and older) that are seeking a luxurious, private, couples get-away. Ambiance is thus able to provide amenities and services geared to the specific requests and needs of our exclusive members.
Secure
Ambiance allows only Ambiance club members and their one adult guest to stay in any room or suite at any time. In other words, Ambiance rooms and suites cannot be used for parties of more than two people at any time. An enclosed and monitored parking lot, key card access and trained staff assure that your stay at Ambiance will be completely secure and quiet.
How do I become a member of Ambiance Club?
Ambiance Club membership enrollment is fast, easy and can be completed at the front desk at the time of arrival. Members must be at least 21 years old and are required to complete and sign a membership enrollment form, pay an annual membership fee of $20 and agree to abide by the rules, regulations and by-laws of Ambiance Club. Members of the Ambiance Club are entitled to exclusive offers, promotions, coupons and rewards.
How old do I have to be to become an Ambiance Club member?
Members must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed on the property at any time.
Can I host a party with multiple guests at Ambiance?
No. Ambiance caters strictly to Members of the Ambiance Club and their one guest. Visitors are not allowed on the property at any time.

Ambiance rooms and suites are deep cleaned according to a 35-point checklist and then inspected by one of our trained executive housekeepers. We take great pride in the fact that our rooms are impeccably clean and well maintained.

Do I Need to Make a Reservation?
Reservations are recommended but not required. Making a reservation will ensure that we have the exact type of room or suite that you want when you arrive.
An estimated time of arrival will be requested when you make your reservation. Reservations will be held for one hour past your estimated arrival time. If you will arrive more than one hour past your estimated arrival time, we request that you contact Ambiance to inquire as to whether a later arrival time is available.
Members that do not cancel their reservation 12 hours prior to their arrival time and do not show for their reservation will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
What information will I need to provide when requesting a reservation?

- Room Type

- Amount of time that you would like to stay at Ambiance

If you are not yet a member of Ambiance club, you can still request a reservation using your driver’s license. Upon arrival, you can enroll in Ambiance Club and immediately receive your Membership Number which will entitle you to all the benefits that Ambiance Club offers.
How do I make a reservation?

When you make your reservation you will be required to provide an arrival time. Ambiance will hold your reservation for up to one hour past your arrival time.
How much does it cost to stay at Ambiance?
Rates depend on the type of room or suite that you select, the number of hours you are staying, as well as the day of the week. View all of our room rates.
How can I obtain a credit card authorization form to pay for a room in advance?
If you wish to pay for a room in advance you can either do so at the front desk of Ambiance or by completing a credit card authorization form. Ambiance will process payment on your card and mail you a reciept to the billing address of the credit card.
When are 4-hour rates and 8-hour rates available?
Four-hour rates and eight-hour rates are available at any time but are subject to availability. Four-hour rates and eight-hour rates begin when you arrive at Ambiance. Departure time is either four hours or eight hours after your arrival, based on the number of hours you have purchased.
What if I want to stay for a different length of time other than 4 hours, 8 hours or overnight?
You can add additional hours to any four-hour or eight-hour stay to create a custom rate that is for the exact duration of time that you would like to stay. Additional hours average anywhere from $9-$30 depending on the room type and day of the week.
If I reserve a room or suite for an Overnight Stay, what is the earliest arrival time and what is the latest departure time?
The earliest arrival time for an Overnight Stay is 4pm and the latest departure time is 12 noon. If you want to arrive earlier than 4 pm or depart later than 12 noon, you will be charged for the extra time on a per hour basis. Per hour charges range anywhere from $8-$28 depending on the room type and day of the week. Arriving before 4pm or departing later than 12 noon the next day is subject to availability.
Do I still have to depart by 12 noon no matter what time I arrive in the evening?
If you arrive anytime between 4pm and 2am, you will need to depart by 12-noon.
If you arrive between 2am and 12-noon, your departure time is 11 hours after your arrival time.
For example:
- If you arrive at 2:15am your departure time would be 1:15pm
- If you arrived at 3:30am, your departure time would be 2:30pm.
- If you arrived at 5:00am, your departure time would be 4:00am.
What type of beverages does Ambiance offer.
Ambiance offers a great selection of soft drinks, bottled water, wine, beer, champagne and spirits for sale in our reception area. A list of beverages is also provided in every room and suite and beverage delivery is available between the hours of 12-noon and 2am.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Champagne buckets, cork screws and ice are available in the receptions area.
Complimentary freshly brewed coffee is also available in our reception area.
What types of food does Ambiance offer?
Ambiance offers a wide variety of snacks including candy bars, chips, nuts, cookies, etc. for sale in our reception area.
Ambiance partners with a variety of local restaurants to provide delivered dining to your room or suite. Menus for these establishments are available at the front desk.
A restaurant guide featuring more than 30 restaurants is available to Ambiance Club members at the front desk of Ambiance. The restaurant guide includes menus, restaurant recommendations and preprinted directions cards to every restaurant.
How does the Ambiance Club Rewards program work?
Ambiance Club members earn 10 Ambiance Club Reward Points for each dollar spent on room charges. Points can be redeemed for the purchase of amenities and services that Ambiance offers. Ambiance Club Reward Points can also be redeemed for the rental of rooms and suites at any Ambiance location.
